"What’s Cooking? Jewish Culinary Culture" – new exhibit opens

What’s Cooking? Jewish Culinary Culture exhibit opened today at POLIN Museum.  The exhibit acquaints the wider public with Jewish culture in various corners of the globe by showing typical Jewish dishes, the way they are fixed, their origin and symbolism.

The exhibit runs from March 11, 2022, through December 12, 2022.
